The current Westwired collection has an approximate lead time of two weeks before dispatch. If a piece needs longer, this will be stated on the product page.

Most Westwired crowns are made to order rather than held as finished stock. The product page will always make this clear.

The design, palette and overall silhouette will remain consistent, but small variations are part of the handmade process and give each piece its own character.

Yes. UK orders are sent using an appropriately insured tracked service for the value of the crown. Tracking details will be sent once the parcel has been dispatched.

Westwired pieces are made using combinations of hand-twisted wire, glass beads, crystals, glass pearls and selected decorative elements such as shells, depending on the design.

Store it somewhere dry and protected where the wirework cannot be crushed or snagged. Keeping it in its packaging between wears is usually the safest option.

Unless a product description states otherwise, the collection uses decorative glass, crystal and pearl-effect materials chosen for colour, lustre and light rather than precious gemstones.

Avoid prolonged exposure to water, humidity, perfume, hairspray and other chemicals, as these can affect wire finishes and decorative materials over time.

The pieces are designed to feel substantial enough to hold their shape while remaining wearable. Weight varies by design, so please contact us if you need guidance on a particular crown.
